Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Appointment Cancellations
Consultations: May be cancelled/rescheduled 24+ hours before appointment for full refund
Diagnostic Tests: Non-refundable once samples are collected (blood tests, semen analysis, etc.)
Procedures: IVF cycles and surgical procedures cannot be cancelled after consent forms are signed
2. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method Bank charges (if any) will be deducted from refund amount
Request method: Email tithiivf@gmail.com with:
• Booking ID
• Patient name
• Reason for cancellation
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following cannot be refunded:
✓ Laboratory tests where samples have been processed
✓ Medications/disposables already dispensed
✓ Completed consultations
4. Payment Failures
If Razorpay transaction fails but amount is deducted:
Amount will auto-refund within 3 business days OR
Contact tithiivf@gmail.com with transaction proof
5. Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies requiring cancellation may be reviewed case-by-case (submit doctor's note)
Clinic-initiated cancellations will receive 100% refund
